I offer weekly live and online yoga classes, individual and group private lessons, and monthly Vedic Chanting classes.There are complemented by Workshops and Foundation courses for further study for people interested in deepening their yoga practice and knowledge.

Working one on one is the more effective way to bring about positive change and healing in an individual.
I offer one to one yoga lessons addressing to the needs of the student with a tailor made programme. In Epsom at a venue of your choice or on Zoom

Further Study

For students wishing to deepen their knowledge and understanding of the yoga teachings of TKV Desikachar and his father Krishnamacharya - 
that the yoga practice should be tailored to fit the person and not the other way around.
The Foundation Course can be for self-development or can lead to Teacher Training.
