I am currently running a Foundation Course that will finish in February 2022.

This Blended Learning 72-hour Foundation Course is delivered using a mix of face-to-face and online sessions. This approach offers a more accessible learning platform, as well as keeping course costs down.

Providing the ideal opportunity to develop and deepen your knowledge of Yoga and/or to prepare for undertaking a Yoga teacher training programme. In this course students explore the rich and influential tradition of Professor T Krishnamacharya and his son, TKV Desikachar. This unique approach integrates practical teachings about āsana, prānāyāma, use of sound and meditative techniques; with the teachings of Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtra-s and other texts. It emphasises the importance of adapting Yoga to the individual.

Student numbers are limited to a maximum of 12 students to ensure the high level of individual support and attention demanded by TSYP. The course is suitable for students with at least two years' Yoga experience.

Format: The course consists of 6 face-to-face sessions, held at Langley Vale Primary School, 5 online day sessions and 10 shorter online sessions. Download the timetable here.

Tutors: Michelle Tarling and Jatinder Wilson are experienced yoga teachers and members of both TSYP and the British Wheel of Yoga.

I am planning to run a new Foundation Course starting in September 2022. Course details and student registration will be available in January 2022.
