Vedic Chanting for Beginners

Working with sound is a very powerful practice.   It can calm or energize, reduce agitation in the system, support concentration and memory, improve listening and communication skills, develop the breath and improve the quality of the voice. Sanskrit sounds have specific qualities and vibrations which amplifies the experience at a profound level. With practice, confidence and self - expression naturally arise. 


Why not come and give it a try? No singing ability necessary. Once a month on a Saturday morning, group session, 10.00 – 11.00 am. Cost £10.00

2020 dates: 1 Feb, 29 Feb, 28 March, 25 April, 30 May, 20 June, 25 July. Then 12 September, (subject to change), 10 October, 7 November and 5 December.
