Yoga & Sound - Vedic Chanting 
Classes are still running online due to Covid restrictions

Vedic Chanting is a very powerful practice because Sanskrit sounds have specific qualities and vibrations which amplifies the experience at a profound level. The benefits of working with sound are many 

  •  it can calm or energise you

  •  reduce agitation in the system

  •  support concentration and memory

  •  improve listening and communication skills

  •  develop the breath and improve the quality of the voice

  •  improve self-expression and self-confidence 

Vedic chanting is an integral part of daily practice for my well-being, and it has elevated my self-confidence as a teacher and student.The best way to learn is by practising with a teacher.
