Yoga in the Workplace

All of my work place Yoga classes are postponed due to Covid 19. As soon as I am able I will be re-starting classes. In the meantime I am running weekly online classes details are on my Yoga Classes page. If you are interested in taking part please contact me.

Yoga in the workplace promotes health, well being and positive work life balance helps combat employee stress, anxiety and depression. Mental health issues are a growing public health concern and responsible employers have health and well being programs such as Yoga that positively impact employee health and productivity. 

Regular Yoga classes of 30 - 45 minutes offer many physical and mental benefits including reduced stress, increased energy levels, and greater focus and freedom of movement.
