For further information about classes or to discuss any health concerns before starting a class, please contact me. It is advisable to check with your doctor if any doubts. You will be required to complete a registration form/ health questionnaire before class for health and safety. All information given is kept strictly confidential.

 

Health Restrictions

Students must be 18 or over but should not attend if:

  • They are pregnant or up to 6 months post-natal

  • They have had a major operation in the last 3 months, unless there is written permission from their doctor

 

Preparation

  • Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach. Try to allow at least two hours after a meal before you come to a class.

  • To prepare body and mind, please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. This time is for you so please switch off your mobile or set to silent mode.

  • Wear clothes that are light and non-restrictive.

  • Bring a non-slip mat. A yoga mat is ideal and I can advise where to buy one.

  • The room has heating but it is always advisable to bring extra layers (jumper/shawl/ blanket) to wear during the quieter time of the practice. Blocks are provided.

 

Payment

Payment is requested in advance for each mini course of 6 sessions at £45.00 to encourage regular attendance and to deepen experience and understanding of your Yoga practice. If you know you are unable to commit to attending regularly, then you may prefer to pay-as-you-go at £10.00 per class. Free taster class are offered subject to availability. Concessions available (for Wednesday class).
